The Think-Strategy Shift: Why Fear Can’t Be In The Driver’s Seat!

Dog Kisses & Big Fears

Let’s get this straight:
I was not a dog person.

Not “meh, dogs.”
I mean, full-blown nope, nope, NOPE, thank you very much.

Then life handed me not one… not two… but six rescue dogs through my kids and bonus daughter. Six.
If we’re all together, it’s like a canine flash mob.

And my best friend – well, she has this horse! Oden, that’s us in the pic! He’s scary at first, but a big wuus after we both settle down! LOL

But here’s the thing…

I don’t love dogs because I erased fear.
I love my life more because the fear doesn’t run it.

Fear Isn’t the Problem. Letting It Lead Is.

Whether it’s dogs, launching a business, trying something new, or rearranging your life:

  • You don’t have to like the discomfort.
  • You just have to stop letting the fear take the driver’s seat.
  • You don’t have to feel ready.

Because you can’t design a life you’re afraid to live.

And you can’t build a business around avoiding discomfort.

You build it by moving toward what matters, even if your face looks like mine in this photo.

Here’s the Strategy: Tiny Courage > Big Fear

You don’t need a bold leap.
You need small steps, repeated.

  • Sit near the dog.
  • Don’t run when it sniffs you.
  • Let it lick your hand.
  • Then one day… hello wet face.

Fear shrinks when your action grows.

Not overnight. Not with perfection.
With progress.

Design Your Life Without Fear-Based Roadblocks

Want freedom, creativity, joy, adventure?
You can’t get there by designing your life to stay “safe.”

Safety is a great home base.
It just shouldn’t be the destination.

Face the fear.
Move toward the life.

Let your strategy catch up

And sometimes, that starts with slobber.
