I recently observed a significant uptick in inquiries for business coaching from individuals within the health, wellness, and coaching sectors. This prompted a reflective review of my recent coaching engagements, revealing a surprising trend.

An overwhelming 75% of my clients hailed from the health and wellness industry. This diverse group included counselors integrating coaching into their service repertoire and fitness-focused and nutritional practitioners and hoslitic alternative healers.
